I would highly recommend Accolade auto to anyone searching for a new car or for car maintenance! I have been coming here for years and I am always satisfied with the quality of service Jon and his team give! This is my second car I have bought here and i am very happy with them both! Keep up the great work guys!

I had Jon (owner) and Matt (tech) rebuild the engine on my WRX STi due to broken ring-land. Some positives from working with Accolade: * Jon worked with me to spec an engine build I would be happy with. Since the car sees almost 100% track use, longevity and build quality were paramount. *I don't feel like Jon ever tried to "up sell" me on anything. *Jon & Matt found some additional compromised parts while re-assembling the engine. He could have just re-installed them and I would nave never noticed, but instead he chose replaced them (at his expense). The only negative from my end is the job took a little longer than originally promised, but in the end, I would have much rather waited a bit longer and have the job done correctly. After the break-in period I carefully inspected ALL of their work and didn't find anything to complain about. They even used the correct amount of sealant on the valve covers and oil pan (some sloppy shops will just goop it on and call it a day). I appreciate the attention to detail they showed in putting everything back together correctly. In conclusion, I will definitely be going back to accolade. They treated me and the car well.

Extremely Satisfied That was an excellent buying experience both John and Rebecca were excellent to deal with. They know their Subaru's and it's really great that they are a mechanic shop as well. The cars are priced well for all the work they perform to them before they are sold, you will get a very reliable vehicle. I live an hour away and pass a whole lot of Subaru's on my way to buy from them however it's definitely worth it.

Quality, knowledgeable shop If you live your Subaru this is the place to care for it. If you would love a Subaru this is the place to go for one. Jon, the owner, knows his stuff, is a hard worker, and cares for his business his customers and his family. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our experience with Accolade Auto.

I can't believe it has taken me so long to post a review!!! Finding a good mechanic is difficult, and finding an honest mechanic is even harder. I found both in this shop. The owner, John, is always looking out for his customers by helping you make the right choices for your vehicle (or helping you save a dollar wherever you can). I had an ongoing issue that apparently Subaru would fix for me (I had no idea), even though I was well outside of warranty. He informed me of this and told me which dealerships to go to and how to approach the problem to make sure I got it fixed. In the end I got my entire short block replaced *for free*. If I hadn't gotten this huge replacement for free it would have meant a lot more work I would have had to go to Accolate Auto to get completed. I don't know what better testimonial I could write than that he is such a good and honest person that he does the right thing at the expense of possible future revenue. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. Side note: All staff is extremely kinda and welcoming as well.

Have used Accolade three times for service on our Outback. Jon's approach is to present findings and recommendations, and let you make the decisions - no pressure, no hard sell. Prices are competitive; I leave the shop feeling like I got a good deal instead of hosed. Kudos to Spencer for his friendliness and expert work. Very pleased to have discovered Accolade, and will be back.
