Very very NICE people to work with. I got my car here and John had ordered me a paint pen for my car and when I went to go get it he was concerned about the brakes on my car that I had bought from him and so since I had just got it he offered me new brake pads. I was very appreciative and it was very unexpected since I had no problems with the brakes. So I felt very confident at that point that I could trust everything about them. Thank you so much. I recently had an outstanding experience with Accolade Auto while getting my Subaru WRX STI serviced. Right from the start, I was struck by how friendly and knowledgeable everyone was. Jon, the owner, is a true gem. He is honest, trustworthy, and has a talent for breaking down technical information in a way that's easy for a layperson to understand. Madeline at the front desk is just as impressive! She's super personable, great to just chat with, and always goes the extra mile to make sure you leave happy. The technicians at Accolade Auto are clearly Subaru experts. Their workmanship is top-notch, and I appreciate how straightforward they are with recommendations - no pressure to buy extra services you don't need! The first time I used their shop they did some repairs on my car, including a coolant exchange. A few weeks later the connection between the coolant tank and hose broke and the tank needed to be replaced. Even though the issue wasn't their fault (likely failed due to an old hose fitting), they took responsibility and resolved the problem at no cost to me. Jon even scheduled a flat-bed tow truck to get my car and fixed the issue the next day. My car also needed a new clutch/flywheel and power steering pump replacement (i.e., not an inexpensive job), but they noticed I had a cracked negative terminal and fixed it without charging me. Its obvious that they strive to perform quality work and care about customer safety. Accolade Auto has truly made owning and repairing my WRX STI a lot less stressful. Their dedication to customer satisfaction, honesty, and top-notch workmanship really shows that there are still great people and businesses out there. While dealing with car repairs can be a bit of a pain in the wallet, it's reassuring to know that my money is going to a quality shop. I can't recommend them enough, especially to fellow Subaru owners in need of some repairs, maintenance, or upgrades.

Bought a sweet low mileage scion from Jonathan today. Him and his team were super helpful, kind and honest with me. For sure the best dealer experience I've had before. 10/10 would reccomend!

I have had a major issue with my Subaru I took it into the shop per a friends recommendation, and I would definitely recommend going here again. They took incredible care of me and did a swift job on a very, very hard job. Had a blown head gasket, which turned into something much worse and Jon Made up a solution for me that worked within my budget and had a quick and good result. I will most definitely be returning with any problems that I have in the future, I will also be recommending to any of my fellow Subaru owners. I cannot think everyone from this establishment enough for the health that they have given me.

After a bad experience with a dealership in Hillsboro, who shall not be named that took my money and didn’t even do diddly to fix my car, I started looking for another car repair shop for my Subaru. I stumbled across Accolade. They did such an excellent job fixing up my car and didn’t charge me an arm and leg. Over time I got to know the owner. I discovered that he has a real passion for Subarus. He helped a friend of mine get a used car and that really worked out well. After that I decided to let the owner know that I was in the market for a second used car. It took a while but we found one. He replaced the engine in that car and during the shakedown phase there were a few slight problems. The owner went over and above the call of duty and out of his way to fix every problem. It’s like having a brand new car and he sold it to me at a very fair price. If you’re looking for car repair I can recommend them. If you’re looking to buy a refurbished car this is the place you want to go. Enough said!
