Hillsboro Subaru Repair

My wife and I bought our first subaru here. It was an awesome experience! We had been looking for a subaru all over town and John gave us a great deal that we couldn't turn down. He was very helpful since it was our first time buying a car from a dealership. We had some issues with the bank that financed us but John was very patient and never rushed us or pressured us. There was great communication during this process. We love our Subaru and would defiantly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to buy a new car. Specially Subarus. He really knows his stuff on Subarus. His crew are also some of the best mechanics out there. They work fast and do great quality work. I will go back to get myself another Subaru later on. Awesome Place!

I should have write this review a long time ago but life get in the way. Last year in September I had to replace my beat up dodge shadow 1993. I contacted Jon and told him that I wanted a Subaru Outback with winter pack and all those cool things in a car for the winter in the beautiful northwest. Heated seats, sunroof, fog lamps, roof rack, towing pack, but most important as manual transmission. I did have a limit and it was not very much. He told me that he would look for one but it was like finding an unicorn in the Subaru's world. I tried to be patient but I really needed a car so I bugged him almost every week. About a month later he told me that he had a Forester 2005 turbo manual transmission but did not have the sunroof. I went to look at it and took it for a drive. I fell in love with it right away and decided to buy it. I did not know anything about subaru's much less turbo care or how to operate it well to avoid ruin it. Jon took the time to explain how it work and how to take care of it. He took me to the car and opened the hood, explained every single part important to know about fluids levels and to top off fluids. He really knows his stuff. He really went above and beyond to explain and answer every single question that I had. A couple of weeks later I called him from Warm Springs, Oregon. I had just filled my tank with less quality gas and I thought I should ask him what to do. He again told what to do and how to do it. Jon and his crew really coach me on how not to destroy my Pearl. Yes, I call my car "Pearl". What I really want to tell you all is that when you buy a car from Accolade Auto, you not only buy from Jon that will work with you to get the car that you want, but also the team that will help you to take care of your car. I don't trust my car to anybody but Jon. 7 months later and I have no problems or regrets. I love my car and I had no problems with it. I have a Toyota Sienna that I bought several years ago from a Toyota leadership in Hillsboro, and I never trusted them the way I trust Jon with my Subaru Forester. Accolade Auto Is a family own company and they will treat you like a family. Jon and his crew have a passion for Subaru's and they will share that passion with you.

Had trouble with car all week, went to a different place first and they didn't fix it. Brought my car to accolade and they fixed it in under 2 hours. Super nice staff, great work!

I bought my first Subaru here a few years ago and I LOVE IT. I have come back to them with any problems and they have been so helpful. Today I went in for one small question and he fixed a few minor cosmetic things for free. He also did a quick look over of the engine and double checked a few things to be sure I was safe for my ride back to college. So glad I have a place I trust to work on my car!

Just bought a car from Accolade and the experience was excellent. The owner, Jonathan, was terrific. Knowledgeable, not pushy. Transparent. He told me the go and the bad about the car so I could make an informed decision, not wondering what I was missing. He also made the paper work quick and easy.
