Hillsboro Subaru Repair

Had trouble with car all week, went to a different place first and they didn't fix it. Brought my car to accolade and they fixed it in under 2 hours. Super nice staff, great work!

I bought my first Subaru here a few years ago and I LOVE IT. I have come back to them with any problems and they have been so helpful. Today I went in for one small question and he fixed a few minor cosmetic things for free. He also did a quick look over of the engine and double checked a few things to be sure I was safe for my ride back to college. So glad I have a place I trust to work on my car!

Just bought a car from Accolade and the experience was excellent. The owner, Jonathan, was terrific. Knowledgeable, not pushy. Transparent. He told me the go and the bad about the car so I could make an informed decision, not wondering what I was missing. He also made the paper work quick and easy. (I hate spending an hour trying to get the paper work done). I'll go back to Accolade the next time I need, no reservations.

I tried many service for oil change to different type of repairs but this was my best experience Jon and his mechanic team is incredible they can even understand the problem from telling them and they will tell you the exact need of your car nothing more nothing less. This place is AMAZING ! The costumer service is excellent. Everyone is super friendly, informative and polite. Easy to get a hold of and there is no pressure there what so ever :) I actually didn't even end up purchasing a car there, I found something last minute that I couldn't pass up, but I had full intentions of purchasing. Even considered waiting for them to find the perfect car for me, that is how much I trusted these people. I am happy with the car I have now but when ever I am in the market again I will definitely be going back here and have already sent some people their way. WONDERFUL! Keep up the good work :)
