My husband and I had a semi-clone RB5 built by Accolade Auto earlier this year. The team at Accolade was nothing but helpful and informative. The car has worked beautifully in the six months we have had it; the one or two very minor things we discovered after purchasing the car, Accolade quickly and efficiently took care of for us. We have never worked with such a professional, customer-oriented, and HONEST car dealership and shop. They are willing and ready to stand by their clients and take care of their every need. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Accolade Auto has to be the best used car dealership in Hillsboro. Quick service, very knowledgeable, and no funny business. John offered me an excellent deal on my '98 Outback and Drew even bent over backwards to help me get my DMV registration straightened out because I had to move to Salem right after I bought the car. Overall, 5 stars. Highly recommended.

The best, the best, the best car dealer anywhere. Jon is a great guy to deal with. He is truly there to help you find the right car for you. These guys made a usually painful process an enjoyable one. They treat their customers with outstanding customer service. I bought a 1999 Subaru Impreza from Jon, and after I didn't have the oh no what did I do feeling. I got a great deal on an awesome car. I wish I was able to buy another car just because I know where to buy them now.

Jon from the get go was very attentive and understanding of my needs and wants. Not only did he help me get out of a leased Mazda but he was able to put me in a 2003 Subaru Forester for a decent price. There was a light that turned on after I drove home and he took care of it right away along with fixing my air conditioning a while later. They go over the top and provide real customer service rather than treating you as just another sale. Now, 2 years later I called to get some paperwork on my vehicle (which is still in tip top shape!) and he was more than willing to help me out. Great service, great people, and great experience!
