Brought my car in to get some work done it, they were very accommodating with my timetable for leaving the car (being out of town for a week) and a couple weeks later when I had some concerns about something I was feeling during shifting, John said he'd go for a ride with me, complimentary, just to see if he felt anything that seemed out of whack. He assessed what I was feeling as the normal shifting of the vehicle (getting used to a new car on my end) but told me if I had any concerns to bring it by again and they'd be glad to look at it. Overall, super friendly and understanding. Would recommend

Everyone who works here was very kind and friendly. Took my car in because of a light that was coming on. I looked the issue up online before coming in. After having them diagnose the issue, it was the same thing I thought it was. The price was super reasonable, too. They seem very honest and fair priced. I will be a returning customer.

Great dealership, I felt just like family! They are quick, friendly and kind. The owner even went out of their way to call me back after hours regarding a car I wanted to buy. It only took 1 visit to finally fix what took 2 failed visits previously at the dealership service center for Accolade to correctly diagnose the problem with my '06 impreza and provide a fix. Great communication throughout, as well. Overall would highly recommend!
