After having them diagnose the issue, it was the same thing I thought it was. The price was super reasonable, too. They seem very honest and fair priced. I will be a returning customer.

It only took 1 visit to finally fix what took 2 failed visits previously at the dealership service center for Accolade to correctly diagnose the problem with my '06 impreza and provide a fix. Great communication throughout, as well. Overall would highly recommend!

After getting scammed on an older Outback for our college sophomore, we searched for a Subie for 6 months. In the end, we just didn’t trust private sellers so we went to Jon at Accolade. We had a limited budget (2 kids in college is not cheap!) but needed something reliable. Jon repaired a car that had been traded in that they had serviced for years, made it look better than it was before and gave us an amazing deal. When he detailed it before we picked it up, he wasn’t happy with the way the seat covers came out so he ordered new ones for us out of his own pocket. Who does that in this day and age? Jon does! He stands by his vehicles and it has been driving like a dream for our son. Cannot recommend Accolade enough for service, repairs and sales!
