I brought them my 2002 outback sport for a head rebuild mid January. Upon further inspection they found that my pistons were severely damaged. They were very easy to work with and friendly john and Ben were very helpful and kept me updated frequently. We ended up agreeing on putting an new engine in my car, it runs perfectly and feels like it just left the showroom. And best of all they replaced my engine for the same price we agreed on for doing a head rebuild. 100% would recommend bring your subaru in for anything from an oil change to an engine rebuild.

This review is long overdue. As other reviews have mentioned, Jon is an extremely honest person and has his customer's best interests in mind. Jon called me the day before I was set to pick up my car to let me know he noticed an oil leak and that he was going to have his mechanic fix it for me before I drove it off his lot. Turns out he needed to order a new part and he covered the expense himself. How many car dealership owners would have done that? Can't thank Jon and his team enough!

I absolutely recommend Accolade to anyone with a Subaru!! They got my 2000 Outback in right away and went above and beyond by providing some extra services at no charge. Jon’s communication was great: he kept me updated the whole time about pricing and about what my car (aka Rose) needed. I will definitely be coming back!
